Situated near one of the Asia's largest, waterfalls, the project is a 22 MW hydropower plant commissioned in 2007. This landmark project is considered by many to be a benchmark for all such future endeavors.

In an average, 12 MU of power is generated at Jog Plant but in August 2018 generation reached at a record breaking 14.349 MU.br/>
